Executive Placement: We collaborate with our client in the external recruitment and in e.g. identification and development of organisational talent, including the development of competency models, assessment services, talent reviews, career and succession management, etc. In addition we help in posting job ads and screen applications and in conducting preliminary interviews of candidates.

Professional Training: We do not only offer ‘standard’ off the shelf programs - e.g. pre-advertised short programs of study in pre-defined areas. We support our clients in adoptingD a process of training needs analysis & programs design as this would be more effective to respond pertinently to the specific needs of the organization. We mount training initiatives on a collaborative basis with our client assuming a dual responsibility in determining inputs to these programs; we aim to strengthen internal client capacity as we can also provide support in e.g. process and methodologies of training delivery and learning approaches and learning management systems, etc. We can as well assist in e.g. defining the content of the training, and the process anDod methodologies of delivery and of learning.
